The String Cheese Incident

Here are my picks for the top shows of the last several years. 

Bear in mind that this list is TOTALLY subjective, and I don't mean to  leave anyone with the impression that I'm an authority on what's best.    

By virtue of having so many of the SCI shows in my collection,  I've formed my own opinions as to which shows really stand out above all  the others.  Everyone has their own opinion, and just because I listed  them here, it doesn't mean that my opinion is the only one that counts.   

What I've tried to do is to provide a guide to those who are not  as familiar all of these shows so that you can seek out the best of the  "Cheese"  when you're out there looking to connect with people in trades and  b&p  offers.  I tried to pick these shows based on my impression of the shows  after listening to the live tapes and cds.  I've been fortunate enough  to have attended several of these shows, but I've tried to leave my  presence at the show out of factors that I consider when recommending  these shows.  

For the most part, the shows that are listed here  all have some quality that makes them stand out. It could be the overall  energy of the band on that night. It could be the performance and the  versions of the songs that were performed at that show.  It could be the  selection of songs and/or the venue and crowd.   Like I said earlier,  this is a very subjective matter, and I'm sure that everyone's going to  have different opinions.
